A career path that started  in athlete management, working across multiple sports then to working for football clubs across Asia and Australia , Brisbane Roar in the A League and Inter Milan in Serie a then back home to Wales and the Ospreys and now with the Worcester Warriors.  Adam has worked in both large and small sports organisations, global brands and start ups.  He is passionate about the business of sport and impact sport can have on community. How it can shape individuals and drive awareness to important issues.
